1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Use, Disclaimer, and Participation Agreement (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of www.giftofdepth.com (the “Site”) and all services, programs, digital products, content, workshops, group experiences, campaigns, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Millynn W LLC, doing business as The Gift of Depth (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, upload, transmit, or exploit any materials without prior written consent.
Purchase of a product or program grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
6. ACCOUNTS
If you create an account:
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and current information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
7. GROUP PROGRAMS & COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
Participation in group containers, workshops, or community spaces is voluntary.
You agree to:
Maintain respect for other participants.
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
Maintain confidentiality of other participants’ shared information.
We cannot guarantee the behavior of other participants and disclaim liability for information voluntarily shared in group settings.
We reserve the right to remove participants without refund if conduct is inappropriate or harmful.
8. PAYMENTS
We accept major credit/debit cards and approved third-party processors.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount due.
Failure of payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
9. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital and experiential nature of our Services:
All digital product purchases are final.
All program and workshop payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Payment plans remain binding agreements; failure to complete payments may result in collections or revoked access.
Exceptions, if any, are at our sole discretion.
10. DIGITAL DELIVERY & ACCESS
Digital materials may be delivered via:

11. SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)
For physical products:
Delivery times are estimates only.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

12. CAMPAIGN & SUBMISSION LICENSE
By submitting content (including questions, testimonials, or written responses):
You grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your submission for educational, marketing, or commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of your submission.
We may use submissions anonymously unless explicit written consent is provided to attach identifying information.
We reserve the right not to use any submission.
13. RECORDINGS & MEDIA RELEASE
Certain workshops, masterclasses, or group experiences may be recorded for educational, archival, or marketing purposes.
By participating in live sessions, you acknowledge and consent that:
• Your voice, written comments, or submitted questions may be recorded.
• Recordings may be distributed to participants or used for internal business purposes.
• The Company may use anonymized excerpts for marketing or educational materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you wish to remain anonymous, you may participate without sharing identifying information.
13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Millynn W LLC, its officers, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

Violation of this Agreement
Violation of applicable laws
Claims arising from your participation in Services
16. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating in the Services, you acknowledge that:
• You are voluntarily engaging in these experiences.

• You will discontinue participation if you experience distress.
• You will seek appropriate licensed professional care if needed.
You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
17. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Pennsylvania courts.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
